The positions that are up for re-election are:
- President - determines the direction IMS will take in the coming year, and co-ordinates the committee members to organise events.
- Events officer x1 - There are 2 events officers each year, so they work as a pair. Their most important job is to a) find speakers and design events, and b) book a room and organise refreshments.
- Publicity x1 - The publicity officers also work as a pair. They create posters and emails, etc, to advertise events and take photos to put on Fb and our blog. They also raise IMS's profile through writing articles for the various kcl/gkt magazines, liasing with kcl radio, and updating our Fb page and blog.

You'll need to email us 100-150 words on what position you want and why you'd be good at it. You then need to come to our AGM on Friday. It'll be at 18:00, Friday 5th October, in NHH 1.4.
