IMS Welcome 2011
Hi Everyone,
Just to remind you that IMS Welcome 2011 is tomorrow at Waterloo!
Time: food and chat from 6:30, presentation at 7pm
Location: Waterloo Campus, Franklin Wilkins building, Room 1.10 (first floor, on the left - there will be signs up)
Join us to find out: our aims as a society and how to get onto the committee, what is Integrative Medicine and what does it mean, and which great events we have lined up and how to get on them, including:
Acupuncture Workshop october 6th, 13th and 20th
Ayurveda and Yoga Taster Session
Kew Gardens Herb Trip
Alternative Medicine: A good use of NHS Funds? (debate)
Also find plenty of free refreshments, including various herbal teas and snacks.

FREE EVENT - IMS Welcome 2011
Welcome to IMS 2011-2012. We're planning lots of events this year, and our first event is our
"IMS Welcome 2011"
Time: Thursday 29th October, 6:30 for 7:00pm start
Location: Waterloo, Franklin Wilkins building, first floor, room1.10
Come join us to find out more about IMS, our aims and events for this year, and how to get involved with the Acupuncture Workshop, committee positions available, and everything else. There'll be free food and a variety of teas (of course!) and a debate/discussion on "What is Integrative Medicine and should we care?"

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Workshop 2011
I'm please to announce that this year's
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop 2011
Has been confirmed with Prof Mei, for Thursdays 6th, 13th and 20th of October, 5pm-7pm. It is a great chance to learn about a 5000 year old medical tradition through practicals and demonstration and the course is certified by the Acumedic fountation, CMIR and BUCM. It is entirely free to our members, so join IMS now to get more details and register your interest.
